As system integrators we are providing them with Telecom solutions aswell as Local Area Network Electronics, WAN Electronics, Workstations (200) & High End Network printers. We implemented for them several Telecommunications projects in Egypt and abroad (North Africa). We are also providing them with maintenance services locally & abroad.

As system integrator, we are implementing Telecommunications solutions in order to link with very high speed Digital links their Lucent Technology PABX’s to the PTT backbone. And also solution provider to implement Stratum clock to synchronize their networks.

As system Integrator, we are building for the them WAN solutions in order to overcome the connectivity problems. We lately made a practical study by implementing a day & Night Surveillance system all along the Canal 150KM using their old Fiber optic infrastructure & controlled by equipment in their "Erchad building" in Ismaileya. We were able to identify vessels 20 Kilometer far from the towers where the camera's were placed. The American Embassy delegates have witnessed the success of this study & the practical implementation.

As system integrators, we are providing them with telecommunications & Computer solutions. We have linked their offices via Fiber optic solution 44.736 Mbps & also made a Fiber link 44.736 Mbps to connect them to the PTT Central office.

Arinc has won last year a 22 Million USD contracts with CAC (Cairo Airport Company). Project Name : Construction of Terminal 3, Cairo International Airport Contracts awarded : Information Technology Systems (ITS) (Project Ref. TB3ETS) And Technical Services and Maintenance Contract - Service Level Agreement (SLA) (Project Ref. TB3ETS-SLA).

On 1st of August 2006, GTT has signed with Arinc a contract to provide Labour and material services as required by Arinc to fulfill its business operations in Egypt.

On 12th July 2007, GTT has signed with Arinc Managed Services to provide them with their IP call centre in Egypt.

As Consultant & project manager, we are building for them their New Multimedia Data Network covering the whole country. The network design presents a unique solution for communication alternatives by providing a true Interactive Multimedia Service offering video, voice, and data. A wide range of subscriber services are offered inclusive of Local & International Virtual Private Network, Video conference, Telemedicine /Medical care, Unified messaging, Interactive Television, Broadcast Video and Audio, Pay per view, Near & True Video On-Demand, in addition to internet access, e-commerce, and local ad-insertion, all in a single integrated network

As system integrators, we implemented all Data/Voice Networks & Telecommunications in their new Building at Batal Ahmed Abdel Aziz str and connected their Network to Dubai through SITA Network. Moreover we implemented their Electrical Central UPS system (capacity 30KVA) and also their Fire Alarm & Sound System. We have also implemented their Networks at their offices at the Airport Terminal II, Cargo, Alexandria & Borj El Arab. In addition to their new office at the Airport which we have linked to their office at Terminal II via a Fiber Optic cable. We have signed with them a maintenance contract to maintain their offices in Egypt. We implemented a solution to link their Borj El Arab Office to Dubai via Sita Network overcoming the shortage of Digital links shortage with Telecom Egypt. We have also enhanced their call centre operation by providing them with Digital E1 & PAGE 8 / 27 Short number which is used inside & outside Egypt. We were the 1st one to connect their Alex office to the New Telecom Egypt Nortel ATM network in order to connect their office to SITA Network through Telecom Egypt ATM network.

As suppliers/system integrators & consultants, we are providing them with Servers, Computers, printers aswell as Telecommunications solutions to connect to their host. We are implementing & maintaining Amadeus Software & Hardware all over Egypt (500 Travel Agencies) with more than 1000 Computer. We are committed for a response time of 30 minutes to access the client site & 2.30 Hours to cure whatever problem, therefore we implemented satellite offices network to fulfill client quality of service needs & a dedicated call center for Amadeus. We covered all Thomas Cook branches in Egypt with more than 100 Computer + 24 Data South Ticket printer + 25 Document printer, replacing World span system. We have also implemented Amadeus Regional Call centre in their office City stars, in order to serve their local customers such as Egypt Air & Travel agencies and also to answers calls from other countries.

We have supplied & installed their Regional call center & Data Centre in addition to all Infrastructure work.

As suppliers/system integrators & consultants, we are provided them with Call Centre solution (96 Extension, 16 Analog Trunk & E1 PRI Digital Trunk) & also Remote connectivity through IP SIP Trunks & also IP Phones for their branches. We also provided them with LAN Passive components & also POE Switches.

As consultant & system integrator, we migrated their Network at the Airport from Novel 3.11 to Windows NT 4. We also upgraded their low speed coaxial Network to a much higher performance switched network. We replaced their main server with a higher capacity fully redundant one. We also replaced their slow Network printer with a faster & more reliable one. All their system is backed up by UPS’s. We have implemented their Giga speed Cat6 Network in their new office @ Egypt Air Airport building. We are also providing them with maintenance services.

As suppliers/system integrators & consultants, we are providing them with Servers, Computers, Network active components (Cisco) & Telephone integration solutions between the two offices in Cairo Down Town. We supplied two main servers for Egypt & Syria. We are also proposing Voice Over IP solution to connect their offices in Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Libya with Regional Office in Egypt via cheap Internet in away that they can call each other as if they were connected to same Central. We are now providing them with equipment (Server, Computers, Printers, Cisco Network equipment, data show,..) for their office in Libya.

As consultant, we have helped them in the evaluation of the Network solutions provided by different vendors. This network was for their building in Heliopolis & also to link it to their offices in Alex and their refinery under construction.

As system integrators, we are providing them with solutions for their Cairo office connectivity with their other offices abroad and also for their local sites. We are also supplying them with Network equipment & printers.
